These terms govern your use of the Temu / Shein Tariff Impact Checker, operated by José Manuel Volante González (NIF 49108819R), C/ Zafra 5, 21310 La Zarza (Huelva), Spain. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. What the site is

The site is a free, informational tariff calculator. It estimates the US import-duty stack (MFN base, Section 301, IEEPA reciprocal, IEEPA fentanyl-related, and the Merchandise Processing Fee) on consumer parcels from Temu, Shein, AliExpress, and similar marketplaces. The site is provided as-is and as-available, for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Estimates only — no professional advice

The figures the tool produces are estimates based on published rate schedules. They are not customs, legal, or tax advice and do not determine the final duty. 3. No warranty; limitation of liability

We make no warranty that the estimates are accurate, complete, or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on them. Trade rates change frequently; always verify against the official sources cited on the methodology page before making a financial decision.

4. Third-party links

We link to government and reference resources (CBP, USTR, the Federal Register, the HTSUS). We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party sites.

5. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
