The Temu / Shein Tariff Impact Checker does not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, and it does not use browser fingerprinting. You can use the entire tool without accepting any cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Why there is no cookie banner

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and the equivalent guidance in other jurisdictions, a consent banner is required only when a site stores or reads information on your device that is not strictly necessary to deliver the service you requested. This site stores nothing of that kind, so no banner is shown.

Analytics without cookies

We measure aggregate traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless by design. It does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not build an individual profile. The data it produces is anonymous and aggregated (page views, approximate region, referrer).

Strictly necessary storage

The site may use ordinary browser mechanisms (such as in-memory state) purely to make the calculator work while you have the page open. These are not cookies and are discarded when you close the tab; nothing persists for tracking purposes.

Third-party content

If advertising is shown in the future, any third-party ad provider's use of cookies would be governed by that provider's own policy and would be disclosed here before it goes live. At present, no such third-party cookies are set.
